Tour Graystone Quarry

Just south of Nashville, Tennessee, Graystone Quarry is a private event property uniquely positioned on 138 pristine acres of a reclaimed rock quarry. The site is steeped in local history and beauty, in addition to being home to both forest and meadow landscapes. All of which is set to a backdrop of limestone cliff walls and the sound of a scenic waterfall!

Host your ceremony in the romantic Hillside Pavilion that features three sides of slide-away glass doors to show off the beautiful view. They provide year-round weatherproof comfort. And when the weather is nice, they can be kept open to allow in a gentle breeze. Meanwhile, the interior consists of stone pillars made from the quarry stone, soaring wood ceilings, and chandeliers.

Following your ceremony, be sure to step outside for some lush portraits or even a post-wedding hike – just for two.

The centerpiece of the property, and the prime spot for receptions, is the Gathering Hall. A waterfront building, just a short walk away from the Pavilion, the architecture reflects the warm woods and stones present in the surrounding environment. Personalize the large stone entryway and staircase for your grand entrance, and place your sweetheart table at the hearth below. It features 30-foot wood ceilings and a mezzanine balcony with slide-away glass doors. In addition to the refined rustic setting, it also has all of the necessary modern amenities including state-of-the-art event lighting, video, and sound.

A stones throw away from the courtyard, a perfect spot for drinks and appetizers, enjoy Moonshine Cove and Falls – a gorgeous lit quarry pond with a 20-foot waterfall. It’s a gorgeous place to get away for a moment for some unique and intimate wedding portraits.
