Named for the big gray tanks ranked along the walls, the Elephant Cellar features nineteen-foot ceilings. It opens to the Courtyard overlooking the river and is adjacent to the Brewmeister’s Office – a private and convenient room available for use as a dressing area.
The outdoor Courtyard consists of 1521 sq. ft., and includes gorgeous landscaping and a fountain. It is a beautiful area for guests to meander around during cocktail hour or throughout the reception. For a more intimate gathering, the Pool Terrace is a quaint but beautiful alternative.
Second, to the beautiful event space is the stellar food experience. Led by Culinary Director John Brand, on-site restaurants Supper, Larder, and Sternewirth are infused with the flavor of San Antonio’s cultures and history. Alongside him, you will create a custom menu for your event, which often includes interactive elements.
