Located just down river from the French Quarter in the heart of New Orleans' Bywater Arts District, The Mazant is a Greek Revival mansion on the National Register of Historic Places. With accommodations for up to 18 guests, we are a licensed bed and breakfast and can host social events such as family reunions, weddings, bachelorette parties, corporate retreats, and other group trips year round.
